Tim was unbelievable. He cooked our Thanksgiving and it was THE most succulent turkey I have ever had. Every bite tasted like a fine tuned recipe that had been perfected over decades. Tim cooked and served a meal that was over the top yummy! We began with a arugula, pear, persimmon salad with a light and beautiful vinaigrette, that enhanced the salad without overwhelming the beautiful and seasonal flavors.. Wow! I knew we were in for a magnificent meal. The second course was an explosion of taste with lemon and cracked pepper. Amazing! If you want to impress, Timmis the Chef for ypu! ~ Dawn B
I cannot speak highly enough of Chef Tim, who went out of his way to put together a last minute dinner for a friend. His timely and thorough communication made the whole situation less stressful, and the food was delicious! He helped with planning the menu and was open to any feedback I had.
