Tim cooked and served a meal that was over the top yummy! We began with a arugula, pear, persimmon salad with a light and beautiful vinaigrette, that enhanced the salad without overwhelming the beautiful and seasonal flavors.. Wow! I knew we were in for a magnificent meal. The second course was an explosion of taste with lemon and cracked pepper. Amazing! If you want to impress, Timmis the Chef for ypu! ~ Dawn B

We hired Taking Stock for a friend’s bachelor party and he was fantastic. The food was excellent (the pork belly and Japanese sweet potato were my two favorite dishes) and he took the time to answer all of our questions about the ingredients and preparation. Amazing chef service in Palm Springs! We hired Tim and his team to cook for our executive team offsite and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious and really healthy. We've had Chef Tim for two events — he did the food for a small dinner, and the canapes for a large Tyler Cowen event we hosted at home. The food was superb, we had lots of compliments.
